The Elixir Baroque Ensemble gives new life to 17th and 18th century music by serving up intoxicating programs combining the lyrical with the virtuosic. In this April concert they will be premiering my 21st century work based on a 17th century story of the brides of New France called, The Sad Life of Laure Beauséjour.
Join me in watching this performance by Elyssa Lefurgey-Smith (violin), Valerie Gordon (violin), Justin Haynes (viola da gamba), Sara-Anne Churchill (harpsichord).
