Music 311 is a new initiative by the city of Toronto that brings Toronto artists to the 311 phone system. 311 is a three-digit phone number residents, visitors and businesses can use to get information about City of Toronto services and programs.

This Winter (2015-2016), people who are placed on hold get to hear music from a great line-up of Toronto recording artists. The Frank Horvat Band’s, Song for the Bluebird, is on this amazing playlist!
