Well, I feel like the most fortunate person on this planet these past 2 months. Not only did I get ...

My husband, a musician
For those of you who know me, you truly do know that I’m SO lucky to be married to such a great person. But, what is it really like being married to a musician??
This year I’ve been very fortunate to be able to work with Frank even more closely than before on his music. That has meant being at home many more times during the day, getting to see ‘the music in the making’ as it were. I do miss those nights after work, dragging myself through the front door just ready to fall on a couch to be met with the energy and enthusiasm that Frank has, asking me to listen to his latest creation. Admittedly, I usually start listening wanting to be somewhere else but every time (and I do mean every time), my spirit completely changes and I’m thankful for having that music, right then and there.
But now, the feeling of hearing something for the first time has been replaced by hearing how something evolves from the initial idea. In future posts, I hope to let you know what that experience is like and what it is like being on a journey of music.
For now, I’ll leave you with my ‘2013 Year-in-Review‘. 2013 has been a year that won’t soon be forgotten but unfortunately, not all for good reason. But, 2014 sounds pretty exciting, so stay tuned for that!
