To celebrate their 25th Anniversary, Sinfonia Toronto has commissioned Frank Horvat to compose a new work for their season opening concert of the 23/24 season. The piece will get a repeat performance the next day in Barrie presented by the Barrie Concert Association.
The piece title, Magnificent Roots, is inspired by Sinfonia’s legacy and Toronto’s Historic Red Oak.
